SEATTLE _ Perhaps Mother Nature has her money on the Seattle Seahawks.

Judging from the chill in the air and the snow on the ground, there was no place like home to prepare for a Sunday afternoon in Green Bay. The Seahawks woke up to 30-degree temperatures and an inch or so of wet snow, which couldn't be more appropriate for a team scheduled to play a January playoff game at Lambeau Field.

"I went in and told the team the first thing this morning is that because we're playing back there, we're going to practice outside today," Seahawks coach Mike Holmgren said. "We have to get used to it. And then there was dead silence. ...
