NEW ORLEANS _ You could see it in the faces of the Oklahoma Sooners on Saturday night, as they strolled with the masses and took in the, uh, sights on Bourbon Street.

Sugar Bowl week is crazy enough in the French Quarter, but when you bring the LSU Tigers to town, with a national championship at stake, well, suffice it so say that it's going to be a fairly combustible atmosphere.

Sooner or later, somebody from New York, L.A., or, most likely, within the state of Oklahoma, is going to make some noise about the Tigers having a home-field advantage for the BCS national championship game. …
