MIAMI _ The Hallandale, Fla., branch of Resurrection Drums sits in a strip mall no more than 100 feet from Interstate 95. A couple hundred drum sets, snares, timbales and cymbals fill the showroom, and more are stacked in back. The store is neighbored on the north by a strip club and on the south by a furniture warehouse, but the ambient roar, hum, thumping and clatter virtually disappears once you step inside.
