Senators Question Cargo Security: Leaders of the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee are questioning the adequacy of the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection's cargo-security system. In a letter to Asa Hutchinson, undersecretary of homeland security, Sens. Susan Collins, R-Maine, and Joseph Lieberman, D-Conn., said they were concerned about the limitations of the risk-analysis system that Customs uses to identify high-risk shipments.
