The appeal of taking garlic in an odorless pill form is understandable, but tea?
Why swallow green tea in an ugly brown gel cap when you can sip the pleasantly fragrant, gentle-tasting beverage straight up or with any number of delicate flavor additives?
So I set aside the unsolicited bottle of soft-gel green-tea tablets I got in the mail several months ago.
But on second thought, maybe the reason for "drinking" tea in capsule form is that one capsule has the same amount of green-tea extract as 35 cups of green tea, and green tea is therapeutic only in large doses.
