Feb. 4--Phillip E. Harlow, the disgraced Arthur Andersen partner who oversaw Sunbeam Corp.'s books before it sought bankruptcy protection, has landed at Richard C. Rochon's fledgling private investment firm.
Harlow, who last week was barred by the Securities and Exchange Commission from signing off on public companies' financial reports for three years, is one of five principals in Boca Raton-based Royal Palm Capital Partners. All five have ties to H. Wayne Huizenga -- including Rochon, who had been president of the billionaire's private investment company.
