Jan. 16--The management and major shareholders of Roynet Plc are likely to face criminal charges of insider trading once a final investigation by securities regulators is completed later this week, according to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
SET president Kittiratt Na Ranong said the possibility of criminal charges being filed "was very high".
Roynet, an Internet service provider, has come under investigation by the SET and Securities and Exchange Commission for possible insider trading and accounting irregularities.
