Despite the messy way the breakup of Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears played out in public _ and continues to do so, judging from Timberlake's new video _ the `N Sync heartthrob says he still carries a torch for his fellow former Mouseketeer, reports Entertainment Weekly.
"I may not ever get over her," Timberlake tells Rolling Stone magazine. "I really do still love that girl."
Timberlake also seems to confirm the rumors that he broke up with Britney because she cheated on him with her choreographer, Wade Robson, claiming he can't trust her.
"She has a beautiful heart, but if I've lost my trust in someone, I don't think it's right for me to be with them," he told RS.
Timberlake told Vibe magazine: "I feel I became so consumed with her that I didn't see some things that I should have seen. I don't feel like I'm saying too much by saying she knows why this happened. Britney's a fire sign, a Sagittarius _ they do things on a whim."
The couple split in the spring after dating for three years. Since then, Timberlake has dated actress Alyssa Milano and been linked to Janet Jackson.
