GREEN BAY, Wis. _ Michael Vick isn't Superman, but he might be the closest thing to it in the National Football League.
He isn't necessarily the best player or even the best quarterback in the game, but there probably isn't another player, on offense or defense, who draws more special attention when opposing teams devise their game plans.
Part of it is that he's an anomaly. Part of it is that he's capable of making a play at any point, from anywhere on the field, to swing the outcome of a game. Part of it is that he's his team's offense, by and large.
