COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. _ "Oh God, Freddy. He has your nose!"
Faith Fabela had just gotten a good look at her baby's face.
The little guy, known as "Freddy Jr.," isn't expected until sometime in mid-February.
The Fabelas got a clear picture of the future through a high-tech ultrasound machine that produced a three-dimensional image of their son.
Ultrasound technology has improved tremendously in recent years. At some doctors' offices, expectant parents no longer have to squint at gray, two-dimensional blotches on a screen and wonder what they're looking at.
Dr. Robert Wolfson, a maternal-fetal medicine specialist in Colorado Springs, Colo., said the technology literally adds a new dimension to a pregnancy.
