Nov. 21--NORTHWEST ADDS CHECK-IN KIOSKS: Northwest Airlines has installed three self-service check-in kiosks in front of its ticket counter at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, the airline said. "Northwest's self-service check-in program is the cornerstone of our efforts to bust airport lines," said Dirk McMahon, senior vice president of customer service. At the kiosks, customers can check in, get or change seat assignments, change flights, purchase upgrades, print ticket receipts and add frequent-flier numbers to their reservation, Northwest said.
