SAN FRANCISCO_Nine days after reaching a career low, Garrison Hearst established a career high. Little more than a week after issuing a public apology for his attitudes and idiom with regard to homosexuals, Hearst ran for three touchdowns in the 49ers' 31-24 victory over the Seattle Seahawks.
