DALLAS _Dallas Stars general manager Doug Armstrong already had circled the first two months of the season long before the Stars played a game.
Captain Derian Hatcher remembers being called into Armstrong's office this past summer and seeing
the schedule for the upcoming season. Armstrong was concerned and with good reason.
The Stars would play 12 of their first 18 games on the road and faced 16 games during 30 days in November.
