GREEN BAY, Wis. _ As an answer to a two-game losing streak and, more important, a declaration of their eventual worthiness as a permanent playoff host, the Green Bay Packers provided scant comfort to all but the fanatically indoctrinated Sunday that their 30-20 victory against Chicago was little more than a ritual Bear killing.
