As the world gets more hectic for both preschoolers and their parents, 2-, 3- and 4-year-olds need a place to relax. "Oswald," starring a friendly blue octopus, is simple, sweet, kind and appropriate.

With an interesting method of on-land mobility (Oswald walks on the tips of his eight legs), this cephalopod and his best friend, a speechless Dachshund-shaped dog named Weenie, go on two adventures during each 30-minute show.
