Aug. 30--Complaints continue to file in to the state Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division against a Strasburg-based tombstone company, officials said.
And R&J Monuments Inc. continues to deny wrongdoing in the matter.
In March, Attorney General Mike Fisher's Consumer Protection Division filed a lawsuit against the company after about 50 people complained that monuments they had purchased were never delivered, delivered late, arrived with engraving errors or included hidden costs for installation at the cemetery.
Since then, 50 additional complaints have been reported, according to Barbara Petito, a spokeswoman for the Consumer Protection Division.
She said the complaints, dating back to 1998, may be added to the case, which is pending in Commonwealth Court.
