Dec. 30--KPMR MANAGER HEADING TO LAS VEGAS: Christopher Roman, most recently the general manager of Spanish-language television station KPMR Univision Channel 38 in Santa Barbara, has been transferred to sister station KINC in Las Vegas. He will begin his new job on Monday. Santa Monica-based Entravision Communications Corp. owns both stations.
