Development agency waits for businesses to buy Springfield, N.H., property.

Dec. 23--SPRINGFIELD, N.H. -- The nibbles continue to come in on the vacant Fellows Corp. building in North Springfield. But apparently it will take a more serious bite at redeveloping the former machine tool site before a sale is made.

Springfield Regional Development Corp. Executive Director Carol Lighthall said one of the largest vacant properties in the region would be better served if real estate developers were not the first option.
