Dec. 22--Golden Personnel Services Inc. in Winston-Salem is trying a new concept that it hopes will help small businesses with human-resources issues.

The staffing service has teamed with a minority woman-owned business. In return for human-resources services, Golden will become an incubator for Turners Employee Relations Resources Inc., or TERRI, which is owned by Lena Turner.

"I have to give credit to Lena, because Lena is the one who came up with the idea," said Dee Wood, who owns Golden with her husband, Larry.

As a division of Golden, Turners Employee Relations Resources will primarily handle the legal aspects of human resources, including employee …
