Mar. 26--WASHINGTON -- National security adviser Condoleezza Rice would "welcome" another chance to talk to the 9/11 panel to rebut accusations that President Bush did not make terrorism a top priority.
Rice, clearly stung by the testimony of her one-time counterterror deputy Richard Clarke, made it known yesterday she would like another crack at the commission.
