Jun. 25--"Fahrenheit 9/11" has lighted a fire in New York, breaking box office records Wednesday at two Manhattan theaters in its first day of release.
At the Loews Village VII, people lined up all day -- and then all night during a 24-hour movie marathon -- to see Michael Moore's anti-President Bush documentary. The $52,000 worth of tickets sold shattered the record held by the Will Smith hit "Men in Black."
