Jun. 25--The country's media giants won't be allowed to bulk up after all.
In a huge setback for the industry leaders, a federal appeals court reversed a landmark FCC decision that would have allowed companies to gobble up more TV and radio stations in a single market.
That will stop media empires, like News Corp. and General Electric's NBC, from grabbing more stations...
