Mar. 27--Continental Airlines raised an existing fuel surcharge Friday from $10 to $15 on one-way tickets for most domestic flights and those between the United States and Canada.
The Houston-based carrier blamed the hike on rising fuel costs, which account for the second largest expense at airlines after labor costs.
Fort Worth-based American Airlines and Chicago-based United Airlines also matched the price increases Friday....
