"I'm repeating myself!" exclaims LISA SAFFER in mock-euphoric tones. "This is the most exciting thing in my life--I get to sing things more than once!" A case in point: Mozart's La Finta Giardiniera, which she performed last summer at England's Garsington Opera and now reprises at New York City Opera, in the MARK LAMOS-MICHAEL YEARGAN production seen at Florida Grand Opera this past winter.
