Today I wake to a jolting (though familiar) scene: huge, colour photos of Marlen Cowpland in my Ottawa Citizen. She wears a dog-style collar and a super-short mini, and poses in a way that makes it impossible not to register the remarkable jut of her bust.
Welcome to the morning news in our nation's capital. This time the story is not about Cowpland being pulled over for speeding (and let off because she was on her way to a charity function).
