Miami gets ready for the MRT Video Awards Latin America.(Knight Ridder Newspapers)

MIAMI _ It's beginning to be a familiar sight here. At Miami Beach's Jackie Gleason Theater Thursday night, red carpets will unroll, limos will line up, and stars will parade in front of the blinding camera lights and a few hundred select screaming fans. Inside, there will be pop music, thank-you speeches both witty and trite, and star power amped up a few more volts.
