Sep. 27--COLLINSVILLE, Ill.--It appears the fight between adult video store Rodao Drive and the city of Collinsville will continue on the legal battlefield.

On Sept. 16, U.S. District Judge G. Patrick Murphy ruled that a city zoning ordinance relegating Rodao Drive to a manufacturing district is constitutional. That meant store owner Jerry Brink could not open in a prime retail location on Illinois 157 in the Eastport business district.

As a result, Brink plans to appeal the judge's ruling and is considering suing the city for his losses.
