Dec. 28--Raleigh's Glenwood South will enter the new year with a fresh face and new tastes.

For starters, the Northern Star Deli, which is next to Sushi Blues, will move beyond the lunch crowd as it becomes The Cockeyed Chef, serving dinner as well as lunch.

Chef Gino Izetta, who owns the restaurant with his wife, Janis Pettit, describes the menu as "comfort food with a twist."

It now includes traditional dishes, including meatballs, baby back ribs, pastas and fish entrees.
