The National Roofing Legal Resource Center, Rosemont, Ill., a separate but related organization of the National Roofing Contractors Association, will host its annual seminar, Roofing Issues: Decks to Dockets, Sept. 11-13, in Santa Barbara, Calif. The seminar will address current legal, technical, insurance and safety issues affecting professional roofing contractors.

Session topics will include American Institute of Architects contracts, additional insureds, electronic legal issues, fire prevention, wind blow-off, construction defects, California's Proposition 65, prevailing wage requirements, the effects of recent case decisions and others.
