"A History of Britain," Simon Schama's brilliant if selective view of 5,000 years of the scepter'd isle, comes to a grand conclusion on Monday and Tuesday with the final four chapters of 15.

"Forces of Nature" and "Victoria and Her Sisters" will air on Monday, "Empire of Good Intentions" and "The Two Winstons" on Tuesday. They conclude a series that began in 2000 and involves almost 20 hours of television. VHS and DVD sets of the entire series will be available shortly.
