Racing games have hit a wall.
After Gran Turismo III for Sony's PlayStation 2 came out, it was obvious that new racing games on the current consoles could offer only incremental improvements.
Project Gotham Racing for Xbox had its graphical charms, and I liked Microsoft's RalliSport Challenge _ also for Xbox _ and Electronic Arts' F1 2002 for PS2.
Now comes Sega's Sega GT 2002 ($49; suitable for all ages) for Xbox.
It's everything you might expect, and that's the problem.
The graphics are nice _ although I liked RalliSport Challenge's better _ and the controls are spot-on.
