"Big Fat Liar" is no "Big Fat Greek Wedding," but with a better script it could have been big fat fun for the kids.
It started out with a promising premise, with Frankie Muniz ("Malcolm in the Middle") playing a kid who lies about everything, from finishing his school paper to his oatmeal.
