The Independent Lubricant Manufacturers Association (ILMA) proudly announces the selection of its new executive director, Celeste Powers, who comes from an accomplished association background. She has been in the trade association industry for 12 years, ever since she started as a meeting planner for the oldest association management firm in the U.S., Fernley and Fernley (Philadelphia). Powers worked on the firm's largest account, the National Welding Supply Association, and planned six meetings each spring. In addition, she assisted in the publication of the membership directory and provided membership support.
