ATLANTA _ Greetings from sporting Siberia, where folks greet champions, bottom feeders and middle-of-the-packers alike with frigid indifference.

The Atlanta Falcons believe Michael Vick can warm this skeptical city. They believe his unrivaled skills can convert cynics into flag-waving, pre-game-tailgating, leather-lunged fans.

Good luck.
