In Wake County Superior Court on Thursday, Judge Narley Cashwell agreed that Rebekah Revels and Misty Clymer, both 24, share the Miss North Carolina crown.
On Wednesday, Cashwell restored Revels' contract. The Miss North Carolina organization had forced her to surrender it in July after an ex-boyfriend mentioned nude photographs. That's when Clymer, the first runner-up at the pageant, ascended to the throne.
