HOUSTON _ Every year at this time, for what seems like a long time, Houston second baseman Craig Biggio gets the feeling he's been here before.
The air is a touch cooler, though just a touch. The sunlight fades a little quicker. And, if there's a pennant race and the Astros are involved, it all makes sense.
Biggio and first baseman Jeff Bagwell have helped make the Astros regular playoff contenders. Houston finished second in 1994-96 and has won its division four of the past five years, though it has lost in the first round each time.
This season, the Astros are four games behind first-place St. Louis in the National League Central going into Monday's makeup game against the Texas Rangers at The Ballpark in Arlington.
