To say that Washington coach Rick Neuheisel is not well-liked among his peers is like saying Virginia Tech has blocked a few kicks. Now, it's apparent that Neuheisel has a law degree, but he skipped class the day they were counting to 12.
The Huskies handed Michigan a 31-29 victory Saturday in Ann Arbor. After a defensive timeout, Washington took the field with 12 players. Given Neuheisel's reputation of stretching the limits of the NCAA Manual, perhaps he thought he could get away with adding an extra defender.
