LOUISVILLE, Ky. _ You didn't hear too much noise from the University of Kentucky camp in the days leading up to its showdown with Louisville, something that UK Coach Guy Morriss was hoping to be a sign of quiet confidence.
Obviously Morriss and his crew knew some things that few others did.
The Kentucky football team, saddled by probation, losers of three straight in the series and coming off back-to-back 2-9 seasons, marched in to Papa John's Cardinal Stadium and hung a shocking 22-17 win over 17th-ranked U of L in front of 42,660 stunned fans.
Louisville came in with aspirations of cracking the Bowl Championship Series and a Heisman campaign for its senior quarterback Dave Ragone.
