ST. LOUIS _ St. Louis Rams coach Mike Martz isn't waving a white flag after a winless preseason.
"I think we are further along in a lot of aspects with this team than we were last year," Martz said.
The Rams concluded the preseason with an 0-4 record after falling 23-16 to the Kansas City Chiefs on Friday night at Arrowhead Stadium.
