If you don't pretend this album is anything more than feel-good fluff, then you won't be disappointed. The message is lightweight, upbeat and accompanied by rhythms that are thoroughly danceable _ especially if you're a tween (ages 7-12). Pre-teen kids are the audience that this group of five slender, photogenic teens are trying to reach with their pop music.

There are few groups more packaged than Jump5. They don't write their songs or play instruments, and they are firmly rooted in the latest hair and clothing trends. And they can really belt out the lyrics without sounding too provocative or sensuous. …
