Aug. 16--OLD WEST TRUSTEE SALE DELAYED: A trustee sale of Scottsdale's Old West-themed attraction Rawhide has been rescheduled for Monday.

The property has been in receivership for a couple of weeks while current owner Jim Acridge, CEO of Pinnacle Sonoran properties, and lien-holder Jerry Hirsch, who heads a group of investors, tried to save it from foreclosure proceedings. Hirsch said Friday a last-ditch agreement is unlikely. "But we are still talking, and you never know," he said.

If the property is on the block Monday, "whoever the new owner is will decide the fate of Rawhide," …
