ORLANDO _ Despite a season of underachievement, the New York Giants have to feel fortunate heading into the next-to-last week of the regular season. The defending NFC champions were all but written off at 5-7 earlier this month. But back-to-back victories and Philadelphia's refusal to close out the NFC East have landed the Giants back in the division-title picture heading to Veterans Stadium today.
