CRAWFORD, Texas_President Bush on Saturday reflected on his first year in the Oval Office, touting "a record of achievement" on reforming education, providing tax relief and completing a successful first chapter in the war on terrorism.

"The men and women of our military have successfully fought a new kind of war," he said. "In Washington, we have built a record of achievement."
