Atlanta, GA--EUN publisher Peter E. Moran presented James Scott, director of public works at Tobyhanna Army Depot, with the publication's prestigious Energy Manager of the Year award at a breakfast held October 26th, 2001, at the World Energy Engineering Congress in Atlanta, GA. Moran also presented an honorable mention award in the energy manager category to Larry Alsobrook, physical plant director at Auburn University at Montgomery. Nine additional awards in six categories recognizing successful energy management projects were presented at the breakfast.
