To buy or not to buy?
OK, so deciding whether to purchase a new car is not an internal debate of tragic Shakespearean proportions. But with many unusual incentives out there and others in the works, many Americans now find themselves confused about what deal is best for them.
The simple answer is to do you math homework before you even step into the showroom.
Do you take percent financing or a rebate? What if you need small monthly payments? Can you still bargain? Do you risk waiting for a national sales tax holiday? What models are eligible?
