Hugh Grant, 39, and Elizabeth Hurley, 35, have split, it was announced Tuesday in London. The movie stars' spokeswoman called it a "temporary split-up ... a mutual and amicable decision." She added: "I don't know the reasons."
The unweds have been together 13 years. Their biggest challenge was the 1995 incident involving L.A. prostitute Divine Brown with whom Grant was arrested near Hollywood's Sunset Strip in the back of a BMW.
The spokeswoman said the two would continue to occupy the same London house. "He's here at the moment," she said, adding that Hurley's "about to start shooting a new movie in the (United) States. So it's not really an issue at the moment."
