NEW YORK _ That's strike three for volatile tennis father Damir Dokic, and he's out. Out of the U.S. Open and probably out of any future Sanex WTA Tour events until further notice.

Dokic, 41, who had been taken into custody by security for unruly or aggressive behavior at Birmingham, England, in 1999, and at Wimbledon this year, was ejected from the grounds Wednesday afternoon for "abusive behavior" in the players cafeteria and lounge.

He is the parent of rising Australian star Jelena Dokic, 17. She ducked into a car with her father after he was escorted off the grounds and they returned to their Manhattan hotel.
