Japp: Morale in the CS/SPD profession will not improve until the CS/SPD staff is looked at for the professionals that they are.

Japp: I believe that the greatest challenge facing central service departments throughout the nation is turnover of staff. The turnover in central service/sterile processing is a troubling issue and is due mostly to the salary people are paid for the work they are expected to do.
