FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. _ Dave Wannstedt's coaching services apparently remain in demand.

Wannstedt said Wednesday that he has spoken with several college and NFL teams about potential coaching positions for 2005. He is weighing whether to explore those options, pursue broadcasting opportunities or take more time away from football after resigning 16 days ago amid the Dolphins' 1-8 start.

``I've had communication informally with a few colleges and several calls from pro teams,'' Wannstedt said. ``(My wife) Jan and I just have to decide what we want to do and, just as importantly, how fast we want to jump in.''
