Nov. 24--WASHINGTON -- Viacom agreed yesterday to shell out a record $3.5 million to settle multiple charges of radio indecency but will continue to battle penalties for Janet Jackson's baring her boob on the tube.
"We have now resolved all outstanding matters before the FCC related to indecency except for the Super Bowl," Viacom said in a statement.
